Hosted with the International Development Research Centre (IDRC)

Investing in the care economy is critical to progress on gender equality and to ensuring an inclusive recovery from COVID-19. This included business action to support growth, innovation and investment in the wider care sector, as well as help shift social norms and policy to support the care economy.

Learned from the latest global research on strategies for strengthening the care economy, including through social enterprise models that ensure accessible, quality childcare and beyond.

Heard from businesses who have prioritised action to support the care economy.

Received advice on actions your business or organisation can take in collaboration with others.
