Jaideed specialises in innovation. Earlier in his career he looked at innovation in more fluent societies, in large companies and latterly he started looking at innovation in developing economies, first in India and then in Africa and Latin America. Recently he has been focusing on Bangladesh and following the approach to innovation of BRAC, the largest NGO in the world.
