As one of the most advanced countries in the world, the UK still faces many challenges in building a socially mobile and integrated society. Acumen typically invests in companies that have a ‘human centred design’ (HCD) approach at their core-where social entrepreneurs and community leaders use this concept to develop innovative way to tackle poverty and inequality across the world.  At this event, organised by London+Acumen in partnership with Business Fights Poverty, you will be challenged to reflect on how we approach everyday inequalities in UK society, question our assumptions of how much we can accept and inspire you to think about how HCD can be used to start to tackle some of these issues.
