Event Recording and Publication
At Business Fights Poverty events, we may video, live stream, and/or photograph parts or the entire event, publishing the content on our website, social media, and other communications. By attending, you grant us an irrevocable license and permission to use your name, photo, likeness, voice, testimonial, and biographical material in any medium without time or geographical restrictions for purposes such as public relations, education, advertising, marketing, training, and research.
You waive all rights to any claims or demands for payment or royalties in connection with the use of these materials, regardless of their purpose, use, or publication, and whether a fee is charged or collected. You also waive the right to inspect, review, or approve any photograph, recording, or other material, and the right to approve the use and medium of publication determined by Business Fights Poverty.
You understand that Business Fights Poverty owns all rights to any photography, recording, or testimonial, including any copyright and/or trademark related to such use. If you don’t want your images published, display a yellow sticker on your lapel or a yellow card visible to the camera during the event.
