Mandar Apte is Executive Director of the “peace consultancy” Cities4Peace and of the World Summit on Countering Violence and Extremism. He is also a Visiting Scholar in the School of Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University, and a former Shell Gamechanger program manager of the social innovation portfolio.

The aim of this session is to help business professionals understand how to stay motivated and resilient during stressful times, and how simple meditation practices can help to overcome stress, anxiety and improve energy levels, and innovation potential.
