2003 – Given the growing emphasis on the costs and benefits of globalisation and a heightened awareness of the need for local solutions, this IBLF policy paper revisits eight ‘core business multipliers’ – identified by the IBLF in 1996 – in an effort to emphasise their potential contribution to spreading economic opportunity and supporting sustainable development.
