About Me

I am a project developer and manager. As a sustainability strategist specialized in sustainable business development and the study of opportunities and pathways towards sustainable lifestyles, I've focused the most of my work to the areas of social innovation, intrapreneurship, organizational change, sustainability education and knowledge transfer.

My qualifications are an ongoing PhD research in strategic design of social innovations as well as a Master in Science in strategic leadership towards sustainability and an MBA in international business. My 20-year professional practice in both the private and civil sectors, includes the general management of Sustainability and Social Communications department at Grupo Salinas in Mexico and the business development strategy of ECO EC Grupp in Estonia.

My main areas of expertise are: organizational change and implementation, strategic planning (including interactive visioning and backcasting), portfolio development, training, capacity building, communication, facilitation and multi-cultural group management.

Before moving to Germany to join the CSCP team in 2010, I lived and worked with companies and organizations in Brazil, England, Estonia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Serbia, South Africa, Sweden and the United States.
