For the 'Strengthening Value Chains for Nutrition' initiative at the Institute of Development Studies, I am mapping the value chains that deliver nutritious foods, and the incentives and policies that shape them. The project identifies how programmes, policies and business solutions can create opportunities to produce and deliver nutritious foods to people who are vulnerable to undernutrition.
